| About: | The life journey is not always easy and sometimes the choices we make along the way can wound our soul and as a result we develop all kinds of survival and coping mechanisms. We build walls to protect ourselves with the hope that we can somehow prevent ourselves from experiencing any more pain. These walls seem to be effective for a while, but we soon realize that the walls have become a fortress that not only prevent people from getting to close to us they also prevent us from developing and building meaningful relationships with those who genuinely love us and are concerned for us. The greatest tragedy is that our walls not only lock in our emotions but they effectively lock out the only one who can heal us. This ministry addresses the past issues and pain and opens the way for God's Holy Spirit to begin the healing process. | |
